By using Mitra AI on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. Mitra AI is for business users aged 18 and above.

What Mitra AI does

Mitra AI provides business tools for contractors and small businesses: labour attendance and wage totals, site expense records, records of money owed to you or by you, payment reminder drafts, quotations, order and stock lists, and short marketing posts for your own business. You can type or send voice notes.

Mitra AI is not a general-purpose chatbot. It only helps with these business tasks.

Your records

Records are only saved when Mitra AI confirms "Save ho gaya". Totals and wage calculations are for your reference. Please check them before paying anyone, and check with your CA for final accounts.

What Mitra AI does not do

• Mitra AI does not give medical, legal, tax or investment advice.
• Prices, rates and other information are for reference only. Please verify before making decisions.
• Mitra AI does not promise loans, earnings, subsidies or government benefits.

Your responsibilities

• Share only correct information about your business.
• Do not use Mitra AI for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Send messages to your own customers only with their permission.

Paid plans

Some features may need a paid plan. Prices will be shown clearly before you pay.

Stopping the service

You can stop anytime by typing STOP. We may stop service to anyone who misuses Mitra AI or breaks these terms.

Limitation

We work hard to keep Mitra AI accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Banaskantha, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
