Mitra AI is a business tools service on WhatsApp. Mitra AI is a brand of Deepakkumar Ramdas Padhiyar (proprietor), Palanpur, Banaskantha, Gujarat 385001, India. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Mitra AI is meant for business users aged 18 and above.

Information we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp phone number.
• Your business type (for example contractor, shop, trader).
• Business records you share with us, such as labour attendance (worker names and days), daily wage rates, site expenses, money owed to you or by you, order lists and quotations.
• Your recent messages with Mitra AI (kept for up to 7 days) so it can understand follow-up questions.
• Voice notes you send. These are converted to text to provide the service. We do not store the audio.
• Your consent (opt-in) to receive messages from Mitra AI, and the date you gave it.

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide Mitra AI services to you: keeping your records, preparing quotations and order lists, and sending alerts you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We do not share your data with other Mitra AI users. We use trusted service providers only to run the service:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive messages.
• Cloudflare, to host our system and store records.
• Anthropic, to process messages inside our business tools.
• Sarvam AI (India) and Cloudflare Workers AI, to convert voice notes to text.

We may share information if required by Indian law.

Your choices

• Type STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop receiving messages. Type START to join again.
• Type DELETE on WhatsApp (then PAKKA DELETE to confirm) to erase your records immediately.
• Email us to see, correct or delete your data. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No online service can be 100% secure, so please do not share bank passwords, OTPs or card numbers with Mitra AI.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
